Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is $399 for a meeting with Attorney LaToya McBean Pompy, Esq. The fee is $300 to meet with other attorneys at our firm. The consultation fee for Saturday telephone appointments is $450. We offer in-person, video and telephone appointments Monday through Friday.

The consultation fee is $399 for a meeting with Attorney LaToya McBean Pompy, Esq. The fee is $300 to meet with other attorneys at our firm. The consultation fee is considered earned upon payment based on an attorney’s time being reserved.
If using a foreign credit card, the consultation fee is $410 with Attorney LaToya McBean Pompy, Esq. and $310 with other attorneys.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
Your consultation will last for 30 minutes.
We offer Zoom (video or audio) and telephone virtual meetings.
We offer in-person consultations at our office in White Plains, New York.
If cancellations are requested after the booking and before 24 hours of the meeting, a refund will be issued (minus the credit card processing fees). The cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to info@mcbeanlaw.com. The following information must be contained in the email: your full name, date of appointment and the reason for the cancellation. If the firm does not receive a written cancellation at least 24 hours before the meeting, no refund shall be issued.
To reschedule your meeting, you must provide at least 24 hour notice. Our office will not reschedule your meeting for a different time on the same day as the original appointment.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00am–5:30pm Eastern Time. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday. However, our phone lines are opened from 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time on Saturdays and Sundays for you to book your consultation.
