Prior to joining McBean Law, Jennifer was Of Counsel at Bikkal & Associates in White Plains, NY. She was also Supervising Attorney for all Immigration Programs at the New York City Bar Association, Community Outreach Law Program, and was the Director of the Immigration Legal Services Program at the Polish and Slavic Center in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
Mason Powell, Esq.
Attorney Powell is Of Counsel with our firm. He works in the areas of Removal Defense, Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, Fraud Waivers, Asylum, BIA Appeals, VAWA Petitions, and U Visas. Before entering private practice, Mason served as Assistant Chief Counsel to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where he represented DHS in nearly 400 final individual hearings. Mason is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. When he’s not practicing law, Mason keeps busy raising four children with his wife.
