Talitha Renee L. Tan is admitted to the New York Bar, Philippine Bar, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit. She represents our clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Office, and Immigration Court in Manhattan. Some of her other responsibilities include drafting briefs for Circuit Court Petitions for Review, Mandamus Actions, BIA Appeals, Waivers, Motions to Reopen, Motions for Reconsideration with USCIS, and Motions and Briefs filed with the Immigration Court.

Before joining McBean Law, she provided similar legal services as an Associate with two high-volume immigration firms in New York, NY, from 2017 to 2020.

Talitha was selected by Super Lawyers to Rising Stars for 2021.

Talitha received her Juris Doctor from the Ateneo Law School, Makati City, Philippines in April 2012 and her Master of Laws from the New York University School of Law, New York, in May 2015. In 2004, she received her BA from Ateneo De Manila University, majoring in Philosophy with a minor in English Literature.
