In May of last year, the couple came to McBean Law for a consultation because they needed professional help with the Adjustment of Status filing. 

They were especially concerned about Petitioner's income. Petitioner was not working due to a medical condition that forced him into an early retirement. He is only receiving social security benefits, and as a result, he stopped filing taxes. 

We prepared the case, including an additional affidavit of support for their joint sponsor.  

In September, USCIS sent them an Interview Notice.

Our office worked with the couple to prepare them for the interview, and we appeared telephonically yesterday.
