The consultation fee is $300 for a meeting with Attorney LaToya McBean Pompy, Esq. The fee is $200 to meet with other attorneys at our firm specializing in family immigration, consular processing, appeals, waivers, humanitarian or removal issues. The fee is $250 for a meeting with an attorney specializing in employment-based immigration issues. The consultation fee is considered earned upon payment based on an attorney's time being reserved.
You may pay the consultation fee at the time of scheduling your meeting with our teammate. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you are having a problem booking your appointment, please email our office at info@mcbeanlaw.com.
Your consultation will last for 30 minutes.
We meet with new clients via Zoom (video or audio), Skype (video or audio) or telephone. You may select your preferred meeting type at the time of booking.
No, we do not offer in-person office meetings.
To reschedule your meeting, you must provide at least 24 hour notice. Our office will not reschedule your meeting for a different time on the same day as the original appointment.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
